It is beyond me why they have taken so long to get this road completed. I did find out though, the biggest hold up was the Gallatin Electric Dept had to move a pole near the double railroad tracks, and they have recently done that, then the railroad had to move the crossing arms back and extend the crossing arms' length. All this has been completed, so hopefully when the weather warms up and the asphalt plants open back up we can see this finally be finished with the added turn lane in the center of the Airport Rd.!
